any allowances paid which do not qualify under the Program
Guidelines. GM Canada will charge back to the Dealer any credits
paid on ineligible units. General Motors of Canada Limited reserves
the right to take actions instead of or in addition to those set
out in this paragraph.
Final decisions on all matters relating to the interpretation of
any rule or aspect of this activity rest solely with General Motors
of Canada Limited.
